Graduate Gemologist      

       Alan Perry has been helping customers with jewelry since 1974.  He obtained his graduate gemologist diploma in NYC in 1976.  Following that, he was self-employed with his two brothers in Charlotte, NC for 15 years.  He moved to Wilmington and opened Perry's Emporium in 1991 and has enjoyed serving this community ever since.

Michel Gutman
Director of Sales, Perry's Emporium

         With over twenty years in the jewelry business, Michel's experience, knowledge and industry contacts are an integral part of Perry's.  As Director of Sales, Michel's responsibilities are vast, and he enjoys all of them. Michel has travelled around the world buying diamonds, and he has developed strong relationships with diamond cutters and wholesalers in many countries.  These connections allow Michel to procure diamonds that most other jewelers would never have access to. Additionally, Michel's retail store management style creates an environment where the staff actually enjoy coming to work.  This translates into a happy, productive workplace, where customers receive the best possible service.
