Meet our in-house Watchmaker
Because there aren’t too many watch makers out there anymore, most jewelry stores and repair shops have either: unqualified bench jewelers working on customer’s watches, salespeople or office staff changing batteries, or, many places send out watches for third party repair.- Miscommunications
- Poor customer service
- Added shipping expenses and risks
- A lengthy (sometimes incomplete) repair process
- Improper testing and repair for the particular make and model
