The purpose of full documentation is to assure ultimate security to the customer. In addition, the customer is always given a copy of the record. This ensures that the customer knows exactly what was wrong with the item, and what was done in our shop to fix it. Before any jewelry repairs begin, the customer is given a quote for the repair.
